Clinical theory and research, as well as professional role development, are an integral part of the course, which is focused on the development of the multiple roles of clinical leaders and prepares them for managerial and leadership roles within health care teams, units and organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fundamental to this course is the development of leadership, critical thinking and clinical decision-making capacity, preparing health professionals for a leadership role at an executive level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"course-structure\">Course Structure<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Credits needed to graduate: 300.<\/strong><br>Each unit is 25 credits unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a Criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nurses, doctors or allied health practitioners are required to be currently registered with their appropriate registering authority in Singapore, or eligible for registration in their home country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specifically, prospective students must have a bachelor degree in a relevant clinical based health or allied health field or in a related area, entry to the course is competitive, with a course weighted average of 70% is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program is offered for Singaporean and Permanent Resident applicants, or foreigners holding relevant working visas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection is based on academic performance and clinical experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<section\n
